Request a first look

Start with the business.

Before we recommend pages, keywords or a package, we want to understand what your company actually does and where the opportunities are.

A FLOWLINE first look is research, not an automated score. We read the business the way a customer and a search system would — then tell you what we would investigate first.

What a first look examines

We look at the company, not just the page.

Depending on the business, that can include what you actually do, the current website, the services that matter most, the locations you really serve, how you currently appear in search, what your reputation keeps proving, the questions customers ask, the obvious gaps — and, just as importantly, what should be protected.

We’re straight about scope: this is a first look, not a full consulting engagement, and FLOWLINE decides what warrants deeper research.

Tell us about the business

Request a first look.

You don’t need to know which service you need. That’s the part we’re supposed to work out.

Research first

We investigate before recommending changes.

Preservation first

We identify what should stay intact before rebuilding.

Real implementation

Recommendations are grounded in actual website and technical work.

Technical discipline

Performance, accessibility and search health matter alongside design.

Principal-led

The people researching the business shape the recommendation.

Field Reports

We publish the thinking behind the work.

Run the public technical tests yourself.

The Website Test Lab launches the same free checks we use at the start of a technical review — speed, security, and the structured information search engines read — and explains what each one can and can’t tell you.
